The Cupboard - Arnprior

The Cupboard is a warm and casual restaurant that offers average quality food. The service is kind and friendly. I ordered the fish and fries, but unfortunately the fish was bland and had too much batter. The French fries were fantastic, crispy and delicious. The deep fried pickles were also excellent. Another person at our table had a clubhouse sandwich, which was good but nothing special. The restaurant seemed to cater more towards an older crowd, as they had a live band playing music from an older era. Overall, I would recommend The Cupboard for older individuals or families looking for a space where children can eat comfortably.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed! The service was excellent, we were greeted warmly and served quickly as if we were regulars. The food was delicious and we ordered the French toast and pancakes which were incredible. The prices were very reasonable and the breakfast was both cheap and satisfying. I would definitely return when passing through again. Highly recommend this great little diner!

I really enjoy going for a nice simple (but consistently delicious) breakfast. Portions are good, home fries are awesome, and my coffee cup never gets to the bottom. I haven't tried much of the lunch items, but hear the fish and chips are great.

This restaurant is only recommended for regular customers. If the waitress is not familiar with you, don't expect to receive good service. She seems more interested in chatting about her health issues with her friends than attending to the customers. In fact, some patrons were even going into the kitchen themselves. It's clear now why they were doing so - they wanted to finally eat within a reasonable time frame.

Stopped by for breakfast again, they make a good breakfast......but wow the servers....wth ?????? Smart as a doorbell.
