To go we know that we have to book, something we do every time but when we arrive at 8:25 instead of 8:30 to get along you have to wait without too much ampness, cooled straight. The places have changed well, very noisy long service I have been removed from my cup while it was not completely finished. The host salad has no more flavor beef paradise has always a delicious but disappointed sauce with a less tender meat than usual. This time we left without taking dessert, something we never do. Questo ristorante è specializzato in piatti di carne, basati su materie prima di ottima qualità e una preparazione sapiente. Squisita la specialità della casa: una morbidissima tagliata di controfiletto con sauce Paradis, una salsa verde a base di erbe e burro. Accompagnata da insalata e patatine fritte che vengono portate a volontà a più riprese. Ho gustato anche un dolce buonissimo, l'Extase, ispirato al cocktail Brandy Alexander: è a base di cioccolato, panna e salsa cognac, e viene servito in un bicchiere da cocktail. Non assegno il massimo dei voti a causa del servizio, in particolare per la parte esterna: i camerieri sono un po' freddi e non si sforzano di parlare inglese; sui tavoli non c'è nemmeno una tovaglietta e le posate vengono appoggiate direttamente sul tavolo (anche all'esterno); sotto il portico in cui transitano i camerieri svolazza qualche piccione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerati la posizione centralissima e il livello della cucina.

The reception and staff congratulated first, pleasant, smiling and above all they manage to satisfy the customers moving the tables to place us (7 people) and a stroller. the map is not very provided but good well prepared products and impeccable service and especially the paradise sauce to fall! . desserts are delicious . only flat the paved because the chairs and tables never lean in the same direction.I warmly recommend this establishment.

We had a starter, salad with Foie Gras de Canard, when in France...... A very good steak, the specialty of the house, a good choice of wines , all for a decent price.

A short and mastery card is a good concept but when the dishes change very often. Here, we eat very well but always the same thing! However, nothing to say about the reception, service or choice of drinks. fries at will, it's nice too and desserts are very, very good. I was just disappointed by the cold foie gras on the chopped steak (very good meat elsewhere).
