Le Carthage - Arras

We found this restaurant randomly last year when we were in arras and were really surprised how well the food and service were. we returned to arras this year and decided to review it again. we were not disappointed. if they like... North African cuisine is one thing. it is a little hard to find, but it is worth visiting as the mixed snacks and tagines are fantastic and the staff very helpful.

Food and service were in order and everything went well until our server tried to change us to €20. we can't speak much French, but we can count.

The North African cuisine is hard to find in my part of the world, so we decided to give this place a try when we returned to arras. on a side street from the main square, this is a rather small facility. a series of snacks. came with the drinks olives, nuts, pickled vegetables etc. I tried a lamb tagine: in a round a sweet and lamb stew I enjoyed. the woman had a cous-cous that had a large plate of cousin, four spits with grilled meat, a court of sweetness and a court of cherry pears that I think she had the better meal! we come back when we visit arras.

Toujours aussi bon, une formule du midi à 16euros 90 avec couscous complet (boulette,merguez, poulet) et rosé. Couscous DÉLICIEUX, excellent rapport qualité prix... je conseille vivement...

Une serveuse a l'écoute des clients , et de bons plats, dans un cadre tres lumineux et agréable. une bonne adresse.
