La Pardela - Arrecife

Really nice restaurant! Although they do not have gluten-free pizza or pasta, they were very aware of the allergens and were able to customize a lot of menu like meat dishes with new potatoes and veg. We had a really delicious GF vegetables and chicken paella! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Looking for a gluten-free restaurant. This had some good reviews. I had the spaghetti carbanara with garlic bread. The gluten-free option was salmon with shrimp in a parsley and spinach sauce. The temperature was super delicious. Waiter was excellent. Very recommended as the view is too large

PERFECT! I tried this place on our 3rd visit to Costa Teguise and I must admit it was our favorite. Not often the Hubby and I agree on something or somewhere, but that was a first. The service was on site from the beginning to the end. The food was great and safe from fantastic quality. Would highly recommend. If it is not on the menu, then simply ask the staff is more than happy to make changes. The place has a very friendly and family-friendly feeling. I would give him a 5-star rating

The most amazing food and service. You are made to feel welcome and can sit and relax without feeling rushed. I have been visiting this restaurant for years and the food is just out of this world!

Brilliant choice of food amazing steaks!! We were recommended to this place from a few people at our hotel we are glad we went.
