Contribuisci feedbackWe stayed at mazunte for 9 days and walked almost daily to San Agustinillo, the beaches are dreamy but infrastrcuture is lagging a bit behind, which does not mean it is bad, just not suitable for everyone. We are foodies and finding great places in...the mazune san Agustinillo Zipolite area with great service, view and atmosphere was not that easy. We walked into Aamori by chance and loved it, if we go back thats where we will stay. The food is amazing and the service much better than the rest in the area. Highly reccomend it.
The chef, Octavio, is a one man show that puts out food that is as good as any of the top restaurants in Oaxaca. His food is imaginative bright, mostly local seafood for lunch dinner while his eggs dishes in the morning are...sublime. It's not fast food but all of San Agustinillo seems to run on a slower pace. The ambience is tropical chic, with the sound of the surf rounding out the romantic vibe. This is the best restaurant in town by far!
