Restaurant Rustika - Arsa

We waited for our order to come for more than half an hour, even if there were only three customers in the restaurant. The food was bad quality and the service was the same.

Very nice place, a good mood, live music in the evening. Very good roasted Calamari and trust good mussels. I repeat this restaurant

8 adults and two 2year olds, june 15 2019. After 90+min of waiting for our food order, we had to talk to the owners just to get one basic plate of RICE for the kids to eat as they were starving. The order came after...more than 2 hours. As there are not too many alternatives, we decided not to risk it with another and waited. The food was good quality, but running a business without sufficient personnel is a mockery and disrespect towards the Customers. The waiter was actually upset we were asking for our food. Will avoid.

The location is nice and clean, it has lots of tables but most of the time is full. They serve good food at a decent price. The music is kind of loud sometimes and if you have small babies, they will not be comfortable.

If you want to taste Romanian traditional food you have to go here and take Sarmale , Mici cu mustar , Ciorba de burta, Mamaliga cu branza si smantana , not all but you can chose one by one in several evenings. Try it maybe you love it...
