Hand-shaped pasta with extra hard wheat flour that give an incomparable crust. Quality garages. Once arrived early and I took them on a flag decorating beautiful shrimp to put on my seafood while others would put a mixture near them with shrimp avortons. To crown everything, they are cooked with wood fire. In short an explosion of flavor as they say in the top lol chef. A serious team I recommend. Come on.
