El Pollo Loco - Artesia

I ordered the baja shrimp salad from this restaurant. It tasted horrible.The shrimp was hard and overcooked and the salad wasn't edible because of that. Waste of my.

One of my favorite EPL locations, clean and good fast service.

We order a whole chicken, and it was a tiny chicken, it looked smaller than a Cornish, they chop part of the breast. For more than $20.00 dollars. So they give you less and charge more. And they get mad if you ask more for salsa and tortillas. Of course not coming back ? . A whole chicken should easily feed 4 people, not 2.

Place was dirty inside and the customer service they were rude . There was no lune and she couldnt wait for us to decide.

I come to this location almost every day because the service and food are always the best. The employees are always very friendly and know my order by heart.
