However, during my second visit, most of the dishes we ordered were overly salty. The flavors were there, but unfortunately they were just too salty.
I decided to try something different and ended up at this unique restaurant that serves a combination of northern Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine. They hand-make and pull their noodles, which you can taste the quality in. The noodles are incredibly long and have a great chewy texture. The lamb noodle dishes we ordered were fantastic, with a clean and light broth that wasn't too salty. The prices were reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning! I came back and tried the cow tendon noodle soup, which had large noodles and a flavorful broth with plenty of meat and tendons. Highly recommended!
Formerly known as Liang Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma, this restaurant now features completely different dishes with a Mainland China flavor. If you enjoy dishes with heavy chili oil and bold flavors, this is the place for you. The prices are reasonable, with an average cost of about $10 to $15 per person and generous portions that will leave you feeling satisfied.
Great beef food noodle. The beef is well flavored and the thick noodle had a beautiful chewing texture. The house dry noodles are also quite good, but a little salty. We also had the spicy cantons who had a good pig filling but were not too spicy.
Delicious! I don't know what else to say, but the flavors are pleasant and not too strong. Definitley a place for great Chinese food
