Tim Hortons - Arthabaska

Slow as all hell. You cant pay for your food unless you have cash or tap. But they dont let you know that unless you go too pay. So if you only have a debit card that inserts dont waste your time here. An you better order online or go drive threw cuz if you go inside expect 20 mins just to walk out.

At 2.30 pm we were last person in queue and no more cars behind us and the lady decided to close the Tim Hortons just before us . Pleaded many times that I’m hungry and it’s just one car more and she said she will not get time to do other works if she serves me . She was just VERY RUDE . She argued for 5 mins that she can’t make a coffee which will take 2 mins . Oh my god I had never in my life met a person who can’t understand when some says we are hungry . I know it’s her job and she don’t have to empathise but come on lady show some respect to your job .

Slowest service ever seen. 40 minutes in line only 7 cars in front of me... waste of time :

Opened 6 to 4pm and that's if it's opened at all ... No donuts no timbits you better ask what they have left you'll save time on you're next order

Bathrooms were dirty, paper on the floor, toilet paper empty, and the men’s toilet was clogged and full. Waited in line for 15 mins even though it appeared there was plenty of staff. Did not appear to be any management present as most staff lacked direction of any kind.
