The pattaya street is located near the train station kharghar. I'm here a couple times. this time I tried the Tom Yum soup: above average, but not the authentic taste. burmese khow suey: normally it served with noodles separated, curry and toppings. on the side, but here they had mixed everything with the curry and nudels. drowned might have been less, although taste wise it was very good. her seat arrangement is a bit crampy, side-like face of the waiter button and they just have to look at her while she can be the meal that can be unpleasant.
Food 4/5 ambiente- 3/5 service- 4/5 VFM-3/5 the decor is beautiful, in harmony with the Buddhist thema of the restaurant, but the ambiente suffers due to dimming lighting. although its called pattaya street, eating is not thai, but oriental. they share their kitchen with angrezi dhaba next door, so they can order both oriental food and Indian food. their service is fast and fast. we had: 1. veg. rainbow soup: good taste. full of finely chopped vegetables, like a not soy sauce version of manchow suppe. 2. veg. clear suppe: good taste. it is not dirty as most places make it. 3. manchow suppe: good. perfect. 4. 5 seasoned crispy: taste was ok. it was a bit too crisp for my pleasure. 5. Veg-Platter: good taste. we ordered the Veg plate that had pieces of disc ktikka (red and white,) mushroom, babycorn, cauliflower and cartoffels.
Upon entering this restaurant, it felt like stepping into another world. The kitchen services both establishments and customers must cross through it to reach the washroom and their table on Pattaya Street. Unfortunately, the service was extremely lacking. The staff was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. The wait time for the menu was 20 minutes, and I wouldn't be shocked if it arrived with unexpected visitors such as cockroaches.
After our office moved to Kharghar last year, we began exploring nearby restaurants with our team. We tried Royal Rasoi, Veg Planet, and Oye Tadka before finally visiting Pattaya Street, which was quite a journey. Located within walking distance from Kharghar station, this restaurant consists of two side-by-side establishments that share the same parent company. The entrance to Pattaya Street is a bit confusing, with two similar doors causing initial uncertainty. Despite the lack of a doorman, we were eventually guided to the correct entrance by a hotel sweeper boy. Once inside, we found the restaurant to be dimly lit at first, but the carefully curated ambiance won us over. The spacious seating area provided ample legroom, and a sleeping Buddha statue above the kitchen door added a unique touch. Our group of 15, including 7 vegetarians and 8 non-vegetarians, was impressed by the excellent food selection ordered by Yogesh. The Veg Sweet Corn Soup and starters were enjoyable, with the Veg Dragon Roll and Veg Fried Rice receiving particular praise. However, the Assorted Veg in Black Bean Sauce fell short of expectations, tasting more of burnt garlic than black bean. The standout feature of our dining experience was the exceptional service, characterized by courteous and attentive staff who always had a smile. Overall, our experience at Pattaya Street was excellent, making it a recommended option for those seeking a relaxing meal with family and friends.
