Ruinas Del Mar - Aruba

Based on some of the reviews I went for the polnta and scallops. it was good, but I would try something else right away. I started with the beating burrata that was fantastic. I informed the waitress that I was gf and she said my meal was safe when she leaves the brot from the burrata. (who I did) this restaurant is located in the hyatt and is a mainstream hotel that they know in any case with gluten-free and the right options. When it came to dessert, they told me that the flourless chocolate cake was the only gluten-free option, but let us be honest who would say no to that! it was warm and like a chocolate lava cake. when they go, make sure they save space for dessert!

Excellent. came to breakfast and dinner here. they think there's nothing safe in the breakfast buffet (except for the omelets,) but when they sit, they ask for the manager and he brings them everything and everything happy. toast, pancakes, waffel, muffins, they call it. he promised that there was a separate gf waffle iron in the kitchen. I liked the look of the breakfast stuffs and he got some for me from a fresh batch in the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination at the buffet. could not ask for better service or more.

Very knowledge server and good eating. gluten free pasta available (also on the children's menu) and my favorite desserts, cream brûlée!

Staff was top-notch. The restaurant was very cool, had a great vibe. We went at night and it felt very magical. Ask to sit outside by the water. I had the seared tuna and pea risotto along with the flourless chocolate cake. Although it is located at a resort, I’m so happy we went to this spot.
