We stayed at Marari Beach, and we were delighted to have the most delicious food and pleasant service here. Thanks to the owner of this restaurant for our improved vacation. The place is also amazing.
Yes the location is directly on the beach and the people are very nice. but the food isn't very good. There were cocktail cherries in the byriani! The omelette chappati was the only good thing. The banana lassi was so sweet I couldn't drink it (but asking for juice/tea/coffee/drinks without sugar needs to become a second nature here unless you put 2-3 tablespoons in your beverage). Also so far we had similar experiences almost everywhere we are in this town. Indian food is better in the rest of India..
Excellent food and great views! The restaurant is held by a beautiful couple, they prepare themselves and serve themselves. In the evening you should preorder.
Tried MS cafe for lunch because it looked a bit more organized than some of the other beach cafe chops. Run from a couple who were both really nice and spoke good English that helped. Really impressed by a fish biryani that was as good as I had somewhere and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Two happy customers sat under a palm tree in the shade that looked at the sea. Take a look at the kitchen, which is neat and well organized as outside. Doesn't know why this place isn't listed on travel advisers, but I'm losing faith in it anyway we're lucky!
