Contribuisci feedbackWe have been loyal customers for years! Mobility scooters poorly maintained, electrical sockets for recharging cracked! Have reported it to Head Office numerous times, nothing done! This is discrimination against disabled people!
I do the click and collect shopping. Despite choosing loose vegetables because I’m trying to cut down on my plastic usage, the staff make the decision to shove them in plastic bags. Last month I phoned the customer services and complained. I was assured that the feedback would get through to the right manager, and that the relevant member of staff would be spoken to. Then today I turned up and the same thing happened. The young boy (who was very nice and apologetic) serving me, remembered me from before and said he had also written a note not to put my vegetables in a plastic bag. When are these supermarkets and staff going to wake up to the amount of plastic waste they are producing?! It drives me mad….
We had breakfast this week and were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The trays were dirty, the tables were dirty, and the cutlery was filthy. I work in the catering industry and there is no excuse for this level of uncleanliness, especially when the restaurant was not very busy. There were three staff members on duty, but it seemed like they were doing nothing to address the issue.
Very good service from the team at the cafe, particularly from one gentleman who always is so kind and helpful (I won 't mention his name for privacy , but his catchphrase, if you like, is That 's alright . : We will continue to enjoy visiting the store and stopping off for a cup of coffee before heading home. Well done, team.
Very slow service in the cafe. Only one (very harassed lady) doing everything. Limited menu and sandwich choices. You're really missing an opportunity here sainsbury's, knowing what the profit can be on a well run cafe /restaurant!
