The portions are reasonable and always tasty, offering good value for money. The service is excellent and the location is nice. However, it's a shame that ADC built the Berlin Wall outside, blocking the river views.

Ordered online and booked a delivery slot. Arrived an hour late. We’d ordered seafood tempura and a seafood red curry. Described online as having cod, squid and prawn. Absolutely no cod to be seen in any of our dishes. Overpriced for what we received and will not be troubling Thai Kitchen again.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. The waitresses are charming, and the surroundings and decor are lovely, making it a very romantic setting. The view of the river adds to the ambiance. The service is fast, making for a wonderful dining experience overall. It's hard to ask for more!

To begin with, I want to acknowledge that, aside from the owner, the female staff at this restaurant were absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious. However, we had to wait 40 minutes for our starter, and when I inquired about the status of our main course, I was informed that it would not be started until the starter was finished. I decided to request the food be packed to go as we were short on time after waiting so long. When I mentioned that we had waited nearly an hour for our starter, the owner approached us and scolded us for exaggerating as it had only been 40 minutes. He then proceeded to make excuses about being short-staffed and behind schedule, essentially dismissing our complaints. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I was shocked by the lack of apology or understanding. Despite being a longtime customer of 15 years, there was no effort to make amends for the poor service. The owner and waitstaff were overheard laughing and chatting in the back, emphasizing their lack of concern for our experience. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing evening, and I have no plans to return despite the excellent food. The service we received made us feel unwelcome and hesitant to speak up about our dissatisfaction.
