The staff are friendly and efficient, and the customers are friendly. There's something for everyone, with a massive beer garden out the back. Oh and the beers good too.
Stopped for a quick drink and a bite to eat. Went for a baguette as only wanted a snack came served with side salad and crisps and was very tasty and very filling. This is a friendly pub and clean with polite friendly staff
Came here for lunch a couple of days after Christmas after a visit to the beach. Were pleased to be allowed in with a rather soggy dog and two sons. We were made very welcome, especially the dog. We all had burgers which were delicious, very generous portions and excellent value for money. Would definitely come again and recommend.
Went to watch football and have a drink with my wife and 2 teenage children at 7:30 on a Wednesday evening. We were told we were not welcome with our children (they are both taller than us! , but dogs are welcome! This was a fairly empty pub and as a family we would have quietly sat and caused no trouble. Obviously this is an establishment that has no need for trade and and does not need the money we would have spent there.
My nephew and his dad visited this family pub and was thrown out because of behaviour of an autistic young boy because his behaviour is wrong absolutely disgusting.
