Contribuisci feedbackThe design of this restaurant is quite unwelcoming for customers who don't have the app or can't use the drive-thru. There’s no option to place an order inside; it's strictly drive-thru and mobile orders only. I shouldn't have to rely on the app just to be a customer. My work vehicle is too large for the drive-thru, and it would be nice if businesses considered working-class individuals like me who drive bigger vehicles and prefer not to use the app. Thank you for considering my feedback.
The restaurant was quite busy, and there seemed to be a lack of staff, which resulted in slow service. I ordered takeout, and the overall experience for the meal type was mediocre. The price per person was reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. I would rate the service a 2, while the atmosphere was a solid 4.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They were overwhelmed during a busy period and ended up dropping around 16 drinks on the floor. We waited 45 minutes for just a latte and a sandwich, but had to leave before we even received the sandwich. The staff was rude, disorganized, and not attentive at all.
Horrible location. Severely under staffed. Took 30 minutes in drive through! Then they got the order wrong. No apologies just changed the drink with an attitude Meal type: Other Service: 1
The quality of the drinks is similar to any other Starbucks—neither worse nor better. The staff were very friendly, but the wait time for the drinks made it not worth the visit.
