Cielito Lindo 3 Mexican - Asbury Park

My family and I were here only twice, but since I came back from a central American country, this is the next thing I can find at this level of authenticity. The music is real, the time care and effort applied to any freshly prepared food is real, the attention to every customer is real. This place made me feel like I made a step out of Asbury and went back to my trip. I will say that if you don't speak Spanish, you can have your translation app available because not everyone there speaks English BUT fight through sound like a fool mixed with pointing and smiles it is totally worth it. The drinks are either really natural or imported and save soo much better than bought juice. This is also NOT a place to win a fast bite. It is the place to sit and enjoy the space with the people you enjoy most. We will definitely return!

This place must have a gas leak, the moment you enter, hits you in the face. It is beaten and definitely needs a love from the owners. Food was a 2 out of 5. Absolutely not coming back.

I give this restaurant only 3 stars because the place was a little dirty, waitress was rude, food was excellent.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. I've ordered from this place a handful of times, and without fail, my order is messed up or lacking a part of my order. I've had to drive back to pick up the rest of my order every single time which ends up ruining dinner plans. Complete and it incompetence and they give you an attitude when you have to go back to fix their mistake. I'll never go back again. Would never recommend.
