The Brickhouse Cafe - Ascot

This restaurant is a hidden gem located behind the Antique Design Centre along Nudgee Road. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice set-up with views of many antiques. The service was excellent and I could see the passion from the young owner. My flat white was made with Crafted Coffee, which was fantastic. It had a nice art design, a creamy texture, and was strong enough for my liking. The Bacon and Egg Muffin completely changed my impression of muffins. The muffin bread was incredibly soft and bouncy, and paired perfectly with the quality bacon, well-cooked egg, and melted cheese. Overall, a trip to this restaurant is definitely worth it.

The coffee is fantastic and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and everything is consistently amazing. I suggest not coming here if you're in a hurry because the coffee can take at least 10 minutes. Other than that, everything else is wonderful.

The soy latte at Brickhouse is heavenly! Alex always delivers great service without fail. The restaurant is located next to an antique store with interesting decor and comfortable seating areas.

Best coffee in Brisbane. What a find! Been coming back here for a few minutes of peace, or to knuckle down for a couple of hours of work, for over two years. The coffee is consistently brilliant.

This is a great place to take your time and drink great coffee. My mother has become a regular here and always orders ahead of time- the baristas are really friendly and pay particular attention to giving you a personalised experience. The coffee is of an excellent quality and for great value. I love the ambience of this place too, it's a great place to just relax read a magasine and drink your coffee.
