Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Ashburn

They are pretty stingy on the meat portions in your tacos. The actual taco shell was very very gooey for some reason. Even though I had just grilled chicken in my taco nothing else. The Reston/Herndon/Manassas location is much better.

Need a staff overhaul or, at a minimum, better training for current employees. This place is a dump, with terrible service. Management is also questionable. This location is almost always out of several things at once, regardless of the time of day. Will not be back.

This is my all-time favorite restaurant. It serves the best Mexican food in Virginia. The dishes are always fresh and delicious, with consistent quality and service. I absolutely love Cafe Rio! My husband and I always order the vegetarian salads with both pinto and black beans, topped with everything and extra pico. We have visited this location nearly a dozen times this year and have always had a fantastic experience.
