Chick-fil-a - Ashburn

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. Despite being busy when we arrived with a large group, we were pleased that our food was served quickly and still hot, all while receiving excellent customer service.

We? Start your order once more? And we're sitting in the parking lot. That was annoying, but then we had to wait 20 minutes longer before we got our food. Why are you harassing the order before time?

This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had. I stopped here for lunch and found a maggot in my chicken sandwich. When I told the manager, he did not offer me a refund, just another sandwich with an attitude. When I refused, he didn't believe me, even after showing him pictures. Another customer asked what was going on, so I explained, hoping to prevent the same thing happening to them. As I was leaving, the manager followed me outside and yelled at me for telling someone else.

I love chick fill A and we always visit this branch but this is the 4th time we have problems. They always forget something in the order, or give us something different. Today they gave me medium meals but I paid for large meals. Before I didn't want to leave a review because I understand that mistakes happen, but in this branch the mistakes are continuous, almost every visit I have some inconvenience. I will look for another branch to avoid dislikes

As far as fast food chicken is concerned, there is none better. You just can't beat the service, atmosphere, speed, and (most importantly) quality of food. Nuggets, fries, strips, sandwiches, lemonade, tea all topnotch. And the price super fair.
