Contribuisci feedbackI ordered takeout and they accidentally put the wrong beans in one of my burrito bowls. I didn’t notice this until I got home. I've been trying to call for three days, but no one answers the phone. I'm very disappointed because no one in my household could eat it due to allergies. I would just like a refund for that one bowl. I hope someone sees this review and reaches out to me.
I've been visiting this restaurant for the past three years since I moved to the area. It's always a lovely experience, with excellent service and delicious food. My favorite dish is a bowl of whatever I'm in the mood for.
I ordered a chicken bowl, but I received something entirely different. It was so frustrating that I couldn’t even eat my food. Chipotle, you need to improve. I would like a refund.
Every time I order a burrito, it is made as if they squished everything together to where most of the food that is supposed to be on the inside is on the outside?!?! Also, I just ordered today, 10/6/2022, a burrito and got a bowl?!? How is that and why...ordered a side of chips with guacamole, and this is how fresh the guacamole was...see the picture! I thought their motto was everything new?!?!? Almost black guacamole?!?! I am the wrong one...I keep going back, mainly for convenience. I hope this helps you guys make up your mind.
I have eaten at this location for the last 3 days and my food has been delicious every time. My complements to Marbeli Melendez and her caring and hard-working staff. I could honestly eat here every day. Thank you for being patient and kind to your customers ??
