Domino's Pizza - Ashburn

Online order leaves much to be desired. Have several problems with the website and the user interface. Have tried some time to upgrade to a special pizza. Never can get it to work. Now they will no longer accept cash payments over $50. Seriously, my order was $50.39. Also delivery is ridiculously expensive. There is a delivery fee we are told is not going to the driver we expect to type the driver to pay for his paltry. I think next time I'm going with Pizzahütte.

I just ordered a small gluten-free cheese pizza without sauce for my hungry teenage daughter. I specifically didn't ask for a sauce because my daughter has many food allergies. I brought the pizza home and it was a small gluten-free cheese with sauce. I called Dominos and offered to bring my little cheese to get a little cheese without sauce, but the person responsible said I didn't order it without sauce. They asked me if I wanted to buy another little gluten without sauce. I refused. This is not a good customer service. Our family would probably have ordered a lot more from this store, but now we're done.

Whenever my boyfriend and I go on a Dominos bender, this is our go to location. I?ve yet to have a negative experience at this location. The order is always hot and correct when we go to pick it up. I don?t know whomever does the cinnastix but they hook you up with diabetes inducing amounts of cinnamon sugar (just how we like it). Great service and great team. Keep up the good work!
