Frito Chicken - Ashburn

I recently discovered a hidden gem in Ashburn with delicious food! Frito Chicken offers a unique combination of fried chicken with Peruvian-style flavors, and what's even better is that it is halal. Their flavorful and juicy fried chicken and fried chicken sandwich are a must try. We also had yuca fries as a tasty side dish, and indulged in their oreo and mango milkshakes for dessert. The mango milkshake was so good that I will definitely be going back for more! The staff was very courteous and informed us that the chicken would be freshly made with a short wait. In terms of COVID-19 precautions, their dining room is open but with limited seating. They provide hand sanitizer at the entrance and have plexiglass at the checkout counter.

The food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A year ago, there wasn't much of a distinction between the small and large fries, but they have since made changes. This is my favorite halal fried chicken restaurant.

Food is fresh and made to order, so you do have to wait. The wait was well worth it. The chicken was so juicy! The owner was super friendly and kind. I highly recommend it! We will be visiting again the next time we are in town.Food: 5/5
