Old Ox Brewery - Ashburn

I drove from Delaware to pick up my Bye Dan, and I’m so glad I did! The beer and food were fantastic, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The place was very clean, and the outdoor seating area was charming. Morgan went above and beyond with her service and was incredibly friendly! There was another woman working who was also really sweet, but I didn’t catch her name. We definitely plan to stop by again the next time we’re in the area!

I recently visited Old Ox Brewery with high hopes of enjoying their famous beers. While the beer was decent, I felt let down by the overall experience. My main concern was that they served their beer in plastic cups, even though they charged over $9 for a single glass. Given the brewery's reputation and prices, I expected a more refined way of serving their drinks. The use of plastic cups detracted from my enjoyment of the beer, so I asked for a glass instead.

Now, regarding the "wings"—please, steer clear of these. They were quite disappointing; just stick to making standard wings. On a positive note, the fries—both waffle and regular—are exceptional and top-notch. Honestly, I’d choose their fries over any beer on the menu any day.

Really like the energy of the place. A local sports show was hosting for the NFL draft when we were there. Very popular, many were sitting under the covers outside during some light rain.The beers were great and we enjoyed the food. People had dogs outside and the staff were helpful with beer selecting. Seemed to be a bigger area in the back in the brewing area as well.
