Sweet Frog - Ashburn

What a place! This was wonderful. I tried the flavor machine not working. It was excellent! Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Lots of health signs about what was available. The employee was only slightly uninterested in frozen yogurt but still very polite. Would I come back? Yes I would.

Love this froyo place it's where you come and they give you like different sizes of cups and you can just pick your own froyo and they do it by the weight. There's a little toppings bar and tons of flavors This is definitely a great froyo place with many options come on down and enjoy it it's really fun for the kids too

Limited choices, only four machines working with three for frozen yogurt and one for sherbet. Decent amount toppings and good selection of toppings. Okay, lot of choices in area but the best.

Closed at 5:30 on 2/10/21 when you are supposed to be open until 8:30?. The blonde girl saw us and still kept it closed. Did you change your hours or is this teenager closing early?

9/12/2022 at 20020 Ashbrook Commons Plaza location Called and asked if it was okay to come a few minutes before closing and the girl on the phone said yes. Online says 10, the sticker on the door says 9:30 but the girl decides to close at 8:45. We show up at 8:50 and the place is locked up, lights off and she?s inside wiping counters. We called 20 minutes before and asked if it was okay to come a few minutes before close as online says 10 and the door says 9:30. This girl then decides to just shrug and say ?I?m just 16 and I?m closing by myself?. Why tell someone it?s okay to come if you?re just going to lock the door and not let anyone in? Why take a job working in public if you?re ?just 16?. My girl and I stood at the door being blocked by this girl who TOLD US IT WAS OKAY to come over the phone just a few minutes ago. Says her manager told them to close up earlier than 9. EDIT TO RESPOND: Why tell us it's okay to come in before 9 if they're going to close BEFORE 9???? We called and the girl over the phone said it was okay to come in, but then closes up before 9. I worked in retail and 9 means 9, not 8:30, not 8:45.
