Took my 88yr old mother in law, for some food and she loved it. Not enough places like this around,
It may be just a truck stop (that also caters to the general public) but if you are looking for a good breakfast at a very sensible price then this is the place for you. (Coffee, toast and a fry up £4.50) Clean toilets too. While the staff are polite, friendly and welcoming. But to say it is in Bridgwater is wrong, it's on the A39 in Ashcott as you head towards Glastonbury. (28/11/21)
Amazing quaint location, food for me was a full 5*, had freshly made curry how I wanted it, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. I did not feel out of place at all and also amenities are well looked after with a well stocked bar as well. Will definitely be coming again to try more from the menu. Thank you The Albion Inn for the stay
In all my time as a trucker never stayed anywhere were you feel part of the family Evan went down the pub with them for a pint down to earth lovely ppl, will definitely be back
