Bojangles - Asheboro

The worst get the order wrong can’t do the simple math on ranch dressing ordered 5 dressings got one was charged for all five. Staff were jerks still didn’t get what we paid for…

On 3/15/24, at drive thru ordered 5 lg rounds, each w/ranch, 1 reg sz mac cheese with buffalo sauce. Paid $28.18. Drove off after waiting at curb 15 min finally receiving order. Discovered no receipt no ranch. Returned flippant nasty young blond female refused to give sauces for each rounds order saying we didn’t order them. I told her twice when ordering she certainly charged us for them as we added up the prices since she also didn’t give us a receipt. Once home I tried to call the manager unlike the other nearby Bojangles who answered the phone and who helped me total up the prices, no one answered the phone at the Dixie Drive location. This completely unprofessional (flippant and nasty) young woman is a liability to this business.

I understand being busy, but you can at least acknowledge customers at the register waiting for 5+ minutes by saying we 'll be with you momentarily , or literally anything at all. Watched probably 10 people go through the drive-thru line while I waited at the register without even being acknowledged. Went to the Bojangles on Fayetteville Street, walked in and had my order taken immediately even though they had just as many people in the Drive-Thru line, and walked out with my order in less time than I sat waiting at the register to even be spoken to at this one. Watched at least three other people walk out in that same time.

I ordered the same thing multiple times, a sandwitch combo with macaroni and cheese. They have sent fries every time. I even had a dasher tell me he saw the macaroni on the line but they refused to give him the order. Today the sandwich came without a box and partially unwrapped. My husband ordered one and added pimento cheese, it came partially unwrapped with nothing on it. It was just chicken on bread, but he paid extra for pimento. It's clear the staff don't care to do their job right and the management is awful. The only thing they've gotten right are the drinks.
