Chick-fil-a - Asheboro

Although this location is more convenient, I really need to stop coming here because I've experienced quality issues in the past. I just opened my meal and found that my chicken is burnt, the fries are limp and cold, and the soda is completely flat. It's a total disappointment. It’s worth the wait to go to Dixie Drive instead.

I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A—it's my favorite one! However, I do have a complaint. I often use their curbside service because it's so convenient, and I really enjoy their salads; I think they have the best salads of any Chick-fil-A. I just found out that they aren't serving them anymore. Please, please, please bring the salads back! You make the best ones!

The diet lemonade isn’t as fantastic as it used to be when they made it fresh by squeezing lemons on-site, but it’s still the best you’ll find! Truly addictive!

They have truly mastered the Chicken Biscuit. The sandwiches are delicious too; I honestly think that Dixie Express serves the best Chicken Sandwich in Asheboro, NC. But that Biscuit, topped with tomato and lettuce and nestled in a buttery Biscuit—now that’s something special. When you see a line that long, it’s natural to think about driving away. However, this place is so well organized that you won’t hesitate to hop in line. It moves impressively fast. Don’t get me wrong, I sometimes order their Chicken Sandwiches, and they are really great. I also appreciate that they’re closed on Sundays. Aldi used to have that same policy, but now they’re open and even selling alcohol. It’s amusing how some Christians criticize others for working on Sundays while they’re perfectly fine eating and shopping at those places. Oh, sorry—got a bit off track there. We were talking about Chicken Biscuits. Mikey out! Oooooh Yeah!!!!

This restaurant is just like any other fast food chain and could really benefit from a training session inspired by Chick-fil-A. They set a high standard for customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and service speed, making other establishments seem lacking by comparison.
