David's - Asheboro

I have dined at this restaurant around five times and have always been pleased with the service and the food. Today, we sat outside on the open terrace, which has lovely lighting that creates a pleasant and relaxing evening atmosphere. I ordered the crab filled with avocado, which was accompanied by fruit and cottage cheese. My daughter swapped her quark for potato salad. It was a delightful and delicious dish! I will definitely be ordering it again. The chicken is also incredibly tasty! They offer a wide variety of menu items that cater to every palate.

We left David after a Sunday breakfast. Our server was such an incredibly friendly young man! He made the visit even better! The homemade soups were so delicious I recommend the chicken with rice on Sunday or the mussels on Friday. We loved our meals when I had Philly Cheese Steak Club with Pommes and my spouse Ravioli. We love to come here for food, but the service is always excellent! Very recommended!

We experienced some of the worst service we've ever encountered at this restaurant. The food was subpar and served cold. The waitress didn't return to refill our drinks. When we spilled tea on the table, there was no one around to help us clean it up. The beverage machines were out of order, and the coffee machine was also broken. To top it off, the manager was too preoccupied to discuss our concerns about the poor service. David's is a restaurant we definitely will not be returning to. Out of the six people in our party, three of us received poorly prepared food.

Food was really great! Large portions for a very reasonable price. My son had the ribs, and he cleaned them from the bone. I had the turkey club with potato salad. I don't lie, the potato salad wasn't my favorite. There was no lack of salt and the potatoes were undissolved. But everything else was great. Hot and fast. No one was hungry. I recommended trying. The staff is also very friendly.

I love it here, I’ve noticed everyone working hard. Compared to other wait service in town. DAVIDS is the best, especially Christian, Maria and I believe her name is tanner. I am very particular on restaurants because of many reasons. You have to ask questions and they will know usually. David’s will help you if you have the right people. Usually at night they don’t know, I’m not sure why but I’m sure they can fix that. Mornings they are splendid, night
