Firehouse Subs - Asheboro

The cookie I purchased wasnt in the bag, tried to call the restaurant with no success. Kind of sucks not to receive something that was paid for. Other than that food was as ordered.

I picked up seven big subs from this location today to treat one of my customers at midday. this was a business start and unfortunately I went out without my reception. I came into the load and put me in contact with the right person to help immediately. within a few minutes they had printed again and sent me a copy of my reception for the day. the personal was very helpful, the business is clean and fast. eating is delicious! would come back. would recommend.

I ordered a large Italian sub with extra cheese. I made it home, it had no cheese at all, no mustard and no pimp. If you are in Asheboro, go to George's Carry It is better and cheaper.

Went to eat lunch here on 07/10, ordered a simple small sub waited patiently for my food, the employee gave my sub to the wrong person, that customer opened up the sub touched the bread and realized he had the wrong food. Then the employee tried to give me the same sub after the other customer had physically touched it? I refused to take the sub and immediately demanded my money back, the manager on duty did not apologize and did not offer to make me another sub. This place is nasty, every time me and my family have went the place is disgusting 07/10 was my last visit to this location. your management and customer service is absolutley terrible, this place is a poor representation of Firehouse subs. I would have given it 0 stars if possible, save your money go to subway

This is probably one of the better firehouse sub locations. Ive never had a bad experience from here in all my visits. They stay pretty busy so if you're impatient take your patience pill lol. The meatball sub smashes subways by a country mile. So if you're a meatball sub person i highly recommend it.
