Wow! The fries are delicious, even when cold! The rest of the food is also fantastic. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's not the healthiest option, but it's definitely worth it.

If there was an option for 5 stars, I would give it! I have been a vegan for many years and am very enthusiastic about plant-based options. Everything I tried here was fantastic! I will definitely be a regular customer here. The cashew queso was the best I have ever had. Be sure to add it to your order! The food was quickly prepared, packed, and served fresh. I cannot stress enough how big this food truck is.

The crispy smoked onion petals were light and crunchy with a delicious smoky flavor, served with a tasty vegan ranch dipping sauce. The Funicular Mi' sandwich was served on a roasted hoagie roll and featured perfectly cooked mushrooms, mushroom pate, fresh cilantro, pickled carrots, cucumber, and vegan spicy mayo. The menu offers several other vegan options that I look forward to trying again, such as the Cheeze Steak Buffalo Cauliflower Bites.

They are always beautiful, ready to work with replacements and edits, and they have an AH-MAZING Chick’n sammy

I tried several articles. Give 5 stars on the basis of Gyro alone. It is currently my favorite Veg court in Asheville. Both since and pita are house made. Cool looking, clean truck with staff.
