Apollo Flame Bistro Brevard Rd

We enjoyed dinner on the terrace and despite how busy the staff was, service was excellent. Food was good, very fast from order to table.

Arrived at 2 o'clock Saturday, the day before the Mother's Day, as an unknown stop at home. what a beautiful surprise! our waitress, from mexiko (don't remember their names) was very attentive. her friendly smile and the crispy personality helped make this meal unforgettable. three of us enjoyed the cook pasta special while our other friend spaghetti had whistled. only through the half of our meals after home we could find room for tasty items from the dessert case. trust me, you want to save space! the cannoli cake and the chocolate cake with strawberries were shared by each couple. very nice meal of the day to keep us all for the balance of our trip to home. thanks for everything!

A friend went to work the other day. I gave him his lunch break. he sat in front of me and eaten a cheese steak sub by apollo flame. I was really hungry after that. so easily ado, after work, I went to the restaurant and ordered immediately a 12 cheese steak sub. they were made of fried mushrooms, so I got fried green beans as an appetizer. As I said, I was hungry. the green beans were crispy and well cooked. the fries that I received were a bit too crispy in the opposite to the beans. I'm not a fan of crispy pommes. but I still give apollo flame 5 stars for the fact that I have the job I had starving. Here's the kicker. I love mayo on my sandwich. it came with mayonnaise on the sub, but if it was actually, I could not say it. but as I told my server, this is the first time that I would admit that it didn't matter to me to try that mayo. I also told her not to share it with my employees. I have a call to live.

Excellent eating! large portions so that they have rest the next day! they must have space for a piece of 'baklava cheesecake! great! highly recommended!

Incredible ingenious food and service, at such a reasonable price! save them space for an Italian dessert! wonderful experience!
