Arby's - Asheville

I was really pleased with my experience. My orders were accurate and substantial, the staff was friendly, and my food was served hot. I couldn't have asked for more! (It's funny—they even put sauces in my pocket without me asking this time!) Plus, the remodel looks stunning.

Always quick, delicious, and perfect! The trains may go fast, but this place consistently has an excellent team behind the scenes!

Arby's used to be a great dining option many years ago, but now they consistently get my order wrong. They always have to stop and double-check, and 99% of the time, something is off. It's hard to mess up a beef sandwich, yet my half-pound fried sandwich came with melted cheddar cheese on top instead of just a simple half roast beef. It's a waste of money, and the sandwich is not exactly inexpensive. This staff always manages to ruin my order, and by the time I realize it, they're already miles away. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Instead, consider heading to Zaxby's or, even better, visit the large Philly sandwich shop on the corner near the main intersection from the exit.

We rec'd the usual excellent service that I'm now used to from the folks that work there. The trio at the drive-thru window were even pleasant after just dealing w/a nasty customer! (08/26/2020) I try to take advantage of the Arby's coupons each month have now started to call in my order ahead of time, particularly b/c I'm getting a larger order. My ONLY COMPLAINT is with the Arby's TPTB b/c ya'll were responsible for the onion rings getting the ax! ? Ya'lls were the best!! Bring them back plzzzzz!

It sucks when you sit in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru to only get home with cold beef and cheddar and nasty curly fries instead of the potato cakes I ordered and a iced tea with no ice because it had melted. I only live less than 2 miles away so I shouldn't have had cold food. You need to get your act together after reading other comments about this Arby location.
