Ay Caramba Mexican Grill - Asheville

The food is amazing and the prices are much more pocket friendly than expected. Everyone is nice and we are so grateful that we love close. Lol. Try it, you won't be disappointed! Btw, the enchiladas are my favorite ?

Went for lunch. We had the pollo asado and pollo con crema. The grilled vegetables in the asado were very good. It was like a fajita only with more and better grilled vegetables. The poblano pepper was great in the crema sauce. The chicken in the con crema was good, whereas the chicken in the asado was a little too flattened and maybe a little overcooked. Portions were large, prices were reasonable and service was friendly and efficient. Large selection of salsas but you have to look for the salsa bar because it is kind of tucked away behind the reception area at the entrance, on the way to a hallway that leads to the restrooms. Overall good, not great. But for local Mexican food at a reasonable price, we'd go back.

How is this place even in business? Horrible service! They served my wife warm white wine. The food blows. How does this place have 4 stars? I'm shocked! The food was disgusting.

Food was was good. It does have a Tex-Mex taste to it though. Would not consider it authentic Mexican food .
