Big Deal Burger - Asheville

Doordashed this place today looking for a good burger and I am left severely disappointed. First off the delivery came nearly an hour late. Now this may or may not have been the restaurants fault, I don 't know. This in itself would not have been a big deal had the food still been warm... it wasn 't. Both the burger and fries were cold. The fries were wet, soggy and completely inedible. They look as though they were steamed instead of fried. I attempted to eat one but the texture, temperature and overall lack of flavor just said No...not today . Next was the cold double burger which at first glance you could tell was just a commercial, flower shape cookie cutter frozen patty like you would buy at Wal-Mart. Bland and low quality meat (I use the term loosely as it was mainly just filler) on a stale bun. The only ok part of the entire meal was atleast the veggies adorning the top of this so-called burger were still crisp. This was my first experience with this establishment and if this is truly the quality one should expect, gladly it will be my last.

This place should excuse itself from any delivery apps. They accepted my order and took my money...then I waited for over 2 hours and thru 3 delivery drivers with zero communication skills (UberEATS sucks too BTW) before finding out the restaurant was closed. It took 3 days for my money to get back into my account.

We had a really wonderful experience at Dickey's today

I'm not sure if this place even exists. I placed an order through Uber Eats, but there was no storefront, and the address led me to Walmart. I drove around to see if I might have overlooked it (but I hadn't). I even asked a Walmart employee, and they thought I was crazy! I tried calling the restaurant, but I never got a response. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I ordered through DoorDash, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. First of all, the wait was unreasonably long for a Monday. When the food finally arrived, it was a letdown. The fries were practically just soggy potatoes; they were severely undercooked. The grilled cheese was a joke—it consisted of two slices of white bread with just a single cold slice of cheddar cheese. At $4.99, I expected more than just basic bread and a piece of cheese. I also didn't receive the onions or bacon I paid extra for. As for the spicy sausage sandwich, it was overly greasy, and the bread was unappetizingly untoasted. I rarely voice complaints, but this experience was so disappointing that I don't see myself returning to Dickey's or this location in the future.
