Big Deal Burger - Asheville

My coworker and I ordered the new burger, and the restaurant did an excellent job. Wow, there was a lot of food! Haha!

I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. The restaurant operates out of Dickie’s BBQ kitchen, and unfortunately, everything was disappointing. The fries were slimy, soggy, and undercooked—essentially limp potatoes. I’ve had negative experiences with Dickie’s in the past, which is why I stopped ordering from them for a while. Yet, somehow, they managed to lure me back into spending more money, only to end up with another bad meal. It's frustrating that I had to put my food in the oven just to salvage some of it. I give it 0 out of 5 stars.

I discovered this place on Door Dash and was not let down. The burgers were gigantic and cooked to perfection, while the chicken sandwich had a delicious rotisserie flavor! However, the standout dish was undoubtedly the brisket cheese fries. The portion was massive, with almost as much brisket as fries, and every bite was worth the price.

I had the chance to try this restaurant while I was visiting, and I ordered delivery. It arrived at my hotel in under 20 minutes. The burgers were really good—I'd say they're comparable to Juicy Lucy's down the street, but without the long wait.

We ordered through Uber Eats and waited 50 minutes for our delivery. Half an hour past the expected delivery time, our order was abruptly canceled! I called the restaurant, and they informed me that the burgers were not on the truck, with the manager cursing on the phone about the situation. This is extremely unprofessional!
