Blue Ridge - Asheville

The restaurant is not worth the value. The crab legs had small, watery meat with no flavor. The prime rib was dull and the collards had large stems. The mashed potatoes were also bland. However, the desserts were delicious, particularly the bread pudding and bananas foster.

The view from the Blue Ridge was stunning. Had a nice selection of foods. Loved the salad and cold options. Selection of seafood was good, crab legs a little on the smaller side but overall the food was good. Loved all the dessert options. A tad pricey, but definitely worth it for the occasional date night/special occasion. Will be back.

As usual the sea food offerings were delicious and plentiful. Endless shrimp, oysters and crab legs help justify the hefty $60 per price. The service once seated is over the top. Our waiter continually checking on us, refreshing our drinks and clearing or finished plates. My only concern was the noise level and the large number of patrons circling the various food stations….at times a real frenzy! For that special occasion, The Blue Ridge on Fridays is the place to be.
