Breakfast as group of 4. we were charged for the sauce after we had already paid. then we were handed over a container with a half-eaten sandwich (a co-worker breakfast I suspect they were hopefully washed their hands in between.) to round off everything, all our sides were incorrectly packed (correctly high) and the gravitation biscuit was scattered. will not be back to this place.

Best bojangles in buncombe county that really say something when considering that there are ten other stalls.

First and last time visiting this location. Chicken supremes were not cooked fully and the fries tasted like they were atleast a day old. Prices are increased but the quality of food sure isn’t here.

Never particularly enjoyed this location, but today was weird. I asked for a BBQ sauce at the end of the transaction and was told I would need to re-run my card for an additional $0.25. I have never been charged for a BBQ sauce before at any other location. What's next, ketchup for a nickel? I didn't get a straw with my large sweet tea was that an extra $0.10 surcharge, too? Take care of your customers, Bojangles if you need to charge more for a sauce, just don't, and charge more for the biscuit. This felt bad.
