Carolina Movies - Asheville

I really enjoy the movie theater, but the food has been quite disappointing during my last few visits. The portion sizes, particularly for the chicken tenders, have been very small—I've only received about 2.5 strips. I brought this up with the staff, but they didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. Overall, my experience this time wasn’t great. I'm willing to give it one more chance before I decide to cancel my membership and switch to a different theater. This isn't what I've come to expect in the past, and it's definitely disappointing.

This theater shows a complete disregard for its customers. I purchased 8 tickets online through their website, but when we arrived, the theater was closed. The sign by the road clearly states "Now Open!"—it's ridiculous! Their website is still accepting ticket sales! I don't want to hear any excuses; they should take down the sign, shut down the site, and stop selling tickets. My whole family is let down, especially during the holiday season, and now I'm out of money. This situation could have been entirely prevented. It's really disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the seating was quite comfortable. My only minor issue was that the tables are attached to the back row seats, which I found a bit odd. We didn’t stay for the entire movie because my husband and I were there to fulfill a challenge from our Adventures in Bed book.

A decent theater with good sound, but average film selection. Most weeks, there is literally nothing playing that I want to see. But the food is pretty good, albeit way overpriced (even by movie theater standards).
