Do not order any ice cream from this place unless they want to be disappointed. two years in succession, they have messed up our order, with which today is the absolute worst. no birthday cake because the cake machine did not make our order, was told to me interesting. So no one noticed this for 3 days and no one bothered me to call to let me know until I showed up. the girls who worked today were not trained to make cake, so I without a cake for my men 40th birthday party. this ice-laden is a chaos and runs inefficient. go somewhere else.

Good ice and friendly staff! the medium size was quite big for us, but I don't count it as bad thing. I liked the nintendo who they gave us.

Cold stone has my favorite ice cream from anywhere I was. this place is amazing, all people who leave bad reviews are just snobby people who cannot be satisfied. I've been here for years and never had a bad experience. please close this do not ever load, there is not another cold stone somewhere in west north carolina. I'd be totally crushed. thanks for the delicious ice cream!

I passed this ice cream shop twice while visiting the area. People we walking around with the treats and everything looked so good. I can say that I was not disappointed with my purchase. I had the butter pecan ice cream with heath bar crunch mixed in. The portion was so huge and the price was small. They had allot to choose from and even had candied apples. The staff was nice and paid attention to each customer although it was very busy with a line out the door. I will definitely go back to them the next time I'm in the area.
