Early Girl Eaterywest Asheville

I was fairly impressed with Early Girl Eatery. My party stopped in for breakfast. There was a 15 minute wait which is fair for a popular breakfast restaurant on a Sunday. The vibe here is decent, as well. I was a bit thrown off by the portion size Ireceived. It wasn't particularly small, but for the price and what was supposed to be included it felt a smidge on the lightside. However, the quality was there. Wonderful flavors and a nice blend of different textures. The service seemed a bitchaotic. We had three different people come by our table at random times and none of them seemed to know who our server was.It's a busy place, so it's reasonable that these things happen. The food came out fairly quickly and the tea I ordered wasbetter than regular store bought. I would definitely try this place again, maybe on a day/time where they likely wouldn't be asbusy.

So glad I stopped in here for breakfast! The porky bowl was delicious! Scrambled eggs were perfect and fully, not dry. The homefries were crisp and tender inside. The biscuit was delicious and the bacon gravy was so on point!

The food was great. Loved the biscuit French toast. The service was slow and the waiter seemed nervous when providing service to us. They didn't check on us and we had to find them to be able to pay our bill.

Stopped in for a late lunch, tried the blta grilled chicken salad. Everything tasted fresh. Nice balance of greens with the other bits and pieces of bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and chicken. It was a cute place with great tin ceiling tiles. They serve thefull menu all day. Decent selection of breakfast, sandwiches and salads. Staff was friendly and helpful. Looks like they have afull bar, might be a great place for brunch.

Yum! Cute lil brunch spot. We sat outside and it was so enjoyable. The atmosphere both inside and on the patio was great. I don?t remember our servers name, but she was so efficient and friendly! Something for everyone here. And, it looks like they?rehuge on supporting local farmers. We?d love to go back!
