Fresh Wood Fired Pizza West - Asheville

This place has great potential!!! A few suggestions for improvement: 1. When you sell a $6 beer, make sure it 's full. If there 's a head when you pour it, keep filling until the glass overflows the head, or wait until it settles and top it off. 2. Fill your cups at least halfway with ice, especially when it 's 100* F out. Get a soda fountain, why have the save the planet attitude and have drinks by the bottle with a recycling bin next to the fridge? Skip all that and just have a soda fountain. You 've already got washable cups and biodegradable straws. 3. Provide better value. $17 for a 12 pizza with few toppings is way too much. Take the same amount of dough and roll a 14 pizza. Double the toppings (not the sauce) and you 'll have something. The crust is delicious and you 've got good combos of toppings for good pies. 4. Haircuts, shaves, and showers. It 's one thing to have the grungy gen X/Z yuppie style, but when you 're preparing food, you need to be clean, and clean cut, ALWAYS.

BEST PIZZA IN ASHEVILLE. I frequent here enough to say it AND I have been to others. Consistency EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don't go out to eat to drink alcohol. I go for FOOD and their sweet tea is JUST RIGHT!

Great food, Clean restaurant. Accommodated my party of 10 very quickly.

Dog friendly (outside tables on screened in porch) pizzaria. Awesome pizza for me. My bride had a wonderful salad with a side bread and oil dip. This place really had it going on.
