This is a great hotel that is easy to get to, easy to park and get checked in. The inside restaurant is open late which is a big plus as I usually get to the hotel late after a long drive.The food is very good and the service is always excellent!Clean rooms, quiet property, great staff.

Woodey was our hero! He is a super professional and helpful assistant general manager. When another staff member mistakenly attached my Hilton membership to the wrong reservation, Woodey quickly stepped in to rectify the situation. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable at this recently renovated hotel. Located conveniently near local attractions such as the MC arboretum and Biltmore, as well as a short drive from downtown and across from an outlet mall. The room was fairly clean, although there was some leftover dog hair from previous guests. We only had one roll of toilet paper and two Kleenex before running out. The elevator could be a bit faster. The personalized card from the cleaning staff was a nice touch, and the food and beverage credit was much appreciated.
