The staff was great. Food was not very good. Prices were ok, but not worth it for the food.
Our server, Brandy, was remarkable. We have not been to Red Lobster in over 10 years, but this visit will make us return. COVID standards were on point. The food and drinks were great.
Using Opentable to make a reservation was a waste of time. I had a reservation for 6.00, arrived at 5.57pm and were told our table would be ready in 10 mins. We actually had to wait until 6.24. Having a reservation was pointless and priority seating was not even a thing. They seem to have no concept of the Opentable reservation expectations . When we were seated our server was fine, nothing special and food was poor quality. I understand that with Covid things are difficult but it is not an excuse for poor service and low quality food for the price they charge. We should have just gotten a fish sandwich at a fast food restaurant
The food was absolutely amazing, and very tasty. Our server was awesome. Great social distancing so we didn’t feel clustered.
