Suwana's Thai Orchid - Asheville

Classic context related review. The food was frankly good and the servers were trying their best but the rest... We came in an admittedly busy time but after being seated it took almost two hours to be served dinner. It seemed like people ordering takeout were being prioritized. The breaking point was realizing that one of our dishes had an insect fried into the rice. Hadassumed it was just basil but no... wondering how many other basil elements were also insects.

The foods are excellent and the Spicy level is not as expected. Tried the highest hot level but it was not as expected. The staff is good. Worth the price.

They need to repair their online order. I have called in the past several times about an additional fee for rice on orders that say they come with rice. it would require a rice selection, they would charge for it, but then they would send two rices to the court. I was told by the restaurant that to fix this, I would not select any rice and get the rice that came automatically with the court. today I ordered lunch to be delivered to my work, and chose no rice as needed. Now, today I drink my curry with a spoon because I didn't get rice with my order. I have given this restaurant several chances and will not return.

The service was good, but eating was dissatisfied. sat for dinner and had larb na and chicken basilikum. no one was seasoned, although both had 2 pfeffer ratings. the prices were high for what they get and they calculated extra for rice with the basilikum huhn. as a whole as a meal, very disappointing as a Thai food.

I came to this restaurant twice while I visited asheville. I would recommend this place. eating was very good. service was also nice.
