Tacos Jalisco Mexican Taqueria

More authentic Mexican than Tex-Mex. I enjoyed a delicious meal at a great price. I would definitely go back!

This used to be our favorite place to get taco esp. for Tripa taco. We come here often until recently we dine in and was very disappointed. The tripa was way different from how they usually serve it. It didnt even taste right nor it was cooked/prepared properly. Also, I have noticed different unfamiliar faces cooking in the kitchen not sure if thats the reason behind it? No complaints for the staff, they are all welcoming. Just a suggestion is for Horchata to be a little much richer.

¡Comidas autenticas! When I'm craving authentic Mexican in Asheville, Tacos Jalisco is my go-to. They've got the best pastor in town, and their street tacos are en pointe. I do miss the habanero chicken dish that has gone off menu, replaced by the habanero shrimp- either one will light you up. Staff are all fast and friendly- I've never had a bad meal at TJ

Everything is watered down—salsa, cheese, and flavor. Not good.

We tried it out after watching a YouTube review. Got the steak tacos. Tacos are $3.25, had free chips and salsa, and $3 horchata. My husband loved the flour tortillas.
