Place an order for takeout we picked up our order and got home our order was wrong and missing a few things we called up and talked to the manager and they took care of everything they make sure we got all of our missing items very professional and helpful I will continue on coming here because even though a mistake was made they took care of it immediately and apologized everything can't always be perfect but when that happened play corrected it immediately that was very apologetic and that's why I always come back the staff is wonderful and the big shot out to Logan mod the staff put you in the line of fire and you did an exceptional job have you ever decide to leave there I'll give you a job I wish more of my employees would be like you thank you

My family of 4 showed up at 5pm on Sunday night. We were told they were short staffed, and it would be a 10-15 min wait. We saw about 7 sets of customers leave, so I checked with the Host for an update, and he had a meltdown. He told me he has no idea how much longer it will be, maybe another 40 min (after already waiting for 40 min). We ultimately left, but we would never have waited if we knew the wait was over an hour. Very disappointed.

Wait an hour for 2 chicken and cheese plates. Cheese was solid black burnt. Can’t believe these people are in business. Has to be tourists.

Came in one night for dinner. Took about 10 minutes for someone to notice we were even there. Took another ten minutes to get drinks, not even five tables were around us. Food was subpar at best. Do not recommend going here.

Best burger in the area! A must if staying just outside the Biltmore entrance.
