Wild Ginger Noodle - Asheville

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and the service is always warm and friendly. I absolutely love this place.

Wrong hours posted on google drove 2 hours on Sunday and they were closed

My friend recommended this place saying that this was her favorite Vietnamese place in the area, so she took me here. She said that usually there was a wait time for a table but when we got there, we had no wait at all. I got the Tofu Banh Mi sweet potato fries and it was great. The sandwich was very tasty, the veggies were fresh and crunchy, the pickled veggies inside the sandwich were executed well. The amount of filling in the sandwich itself was just right. I was also pleasantly surprised to see Filipino desserts on the menu too. Next time I'll have to come back and try them. For me, I wish there the fry portion size was a little bit bigger considering the price. But other than that we had a great time. Service was excellent and always checked up on us. Also our food didn't take very long to come out as well. We felt well-taken care of. Thanks Wild Ginger! I'll be back when I'm in Asheville again :

My son flew into town this past Friday. He recommended this restaurant for pho. We went there yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be going back! There is a pho restaurant near my work in Greenville, SC (Pho Noodleville. Several times I have eaten there and saw a former co-worker, who is Vietnamese. So I know Pho Noodleville is authentic. If I put one pho noodle bowl from one of these restaurants, and one from the other restaurant, I would not be able to tell the difference. If you get a chance to visit, I highly recommend it.

Outstanding! The banh ma are addictive. A favorite restaurant! Vietnamese food at its best.
