James Kane WAS THE BEST EVER! So happy we came in tonight. We will definitely be back to see him. He is so phenomenal. The food was great, but he was better. Best service we have ever received anywhere downtown. Go see him tip him a LOT! He’s worth your money I promise. Kurt is also the best manager ever. Thank you Asheville Wild Wings for giving us an amazing night.

We had a wonderful night. Cassandra took care of us respectfully. Her knowledge of the drink specials and menu were impressive. She wore her mask and gloves which made us feel safe and welcomed. The drink recommendations were on point. All in all, a great experience. We will be back because of her.

Some girlfriends and I were looking for a place to hang as we visited the area to enjoy a friends birthday. We called up this location and Kurt, the manager, was amazing! Him and Emma, who was the host that evening, swiftly found a table for us in the middle of a Saturday night rush, while the restaurant was in full swing as they continued to adhere by CDC guidelines. When we arrived, Emma was very sweet and guided us to our table. Kane, our server, was great! He was incredibly attentive and warm. Food was delicious too! Kurt swung by our table before we left to ensure we all had a great time. Thank you team for accommodating us and proving such a high level of customer service!

Grace was awesome! Great server. Pretty good wings, make sure you ask for them extra wet. The fireball sauce is my favorite! Cheap liquor, and open late, which are two huge pros!

My family decided to try wild wing cafe out last night. Looked like a good place to eat. We did not make a reservation as it was short notice. However when we arrived we were seated with in 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t that busy for a Saturday there was one small table open but every table had a party at them. Our server greeted us about 5 mins after we were seated. He took our drink order and food order as we knew what we wanted to eat. Our entree came out first before he got our drinks and we waited a very long 25 Minutes for our meal. We ordered chicken wing and burgers. The kids enjoyed the burgers as my wife and I ate the a 18 count chicken wings and salad. The wings were good but lacked sauce and size. I don’t think I have ever seen or eaten wings this small before. Usually 6 wings fills me up.. we split the 18 wings and a side salad and I was still hungry. Was disappointed about the wing size. Unfortunately with the lack of service and the wing size I have to downgrade there star rating to a 3. The atmosphere was good however the food was sub par and the service was not 100% with the lack of attention to us. Looked like he was everywhere else. I observed other servers make multiple stops at tables to make sure there customers had what they needed during there stay. I don’t think not having a reservation before had anything to do with this as there was a customer who was behind us who was seated shortly after us that had there meal just after our meal came out. Which timing wise was much faster. He did have another server. In the end the place was nice I may try it again and maybe have better service next time. If it the same I will not return.
