Caffe Nero - Ashford

Awful customer service, no smile not welcoming. Coffee dire weak, cold and milky. Only gave me one stamp as had rewards app. Normally I love cafe nero but will never visit this one again. Avoid

Caffe Nero is the best coffee in this country and the Ashford Caffe Nero has very pleasant staff. Well worth a visit.

If they listened instead of chatting to friends they might get the order right! shame about the service or should I say attitude! Not helpful at all!

Guy served my coffee had no customer service was more wrapped up on his mobile than serving won't be going there anytime soon

Honestly never been spoken to like that before by anyone let alone someone who is meant to be offering a service. I went in a few months ago with my partner for a takeaway coffee. A young lad was serving me and was friendly, the man the manager was next to him and said something. I am hard to hearing so assumed he asked if I was being served and I politely said oh no it’s okay this guys already serving me. To which he went on an aggressive rant about ‘ I actually said your hair looked nice, you are now assuming because I am a gay man in bitchy , well I tell you what I’m the manager and I can talk to you how I want ‘ Me and my partner both shocked just left and didn’t say anything. I was so embarrassed and angry by his behaviour , I hope he is no longer the manager. I will never use your coffee shop again due to this and will also warn others!
